Happy Wife Happy Life

Mrs. Reith is happiest when she is eating Chef Greg's food! Staci is a widely respected senior level paralegal of 20 years and will be reviewing and preparing all of our happy contracts. As a graduate of Elase Academy (LME) Staci also loves making people happy by sharing her skills and knowledge in aesthetics. Mrs. Reith is a major contributor, builder and support structure for our company. Behind every great chef, there is a better spouse!    

Alisha Alaniz

Chief Happy Officer

Alisha, aka, "Happy",  is our top personality dedicated to the time management and organization of every event. She is bright, warm, personable and professional. "Happy" has a strong sales background and is a highly regarded customer service manager. She is bright and a patient and skilled listener.

Alisha is our go to manager for all things catering!

Greg is an extraordinarily passionate, culinary innovator and the constructor of Modernist Wellness Cuisine. Chef Greg begins his 25th year as an Executive Chef by introducing The Happy Fork Catering Co. Your first meeting with Chef G will have you laughing, wondering, savoring and of course, wanting more! As an artisan culinary craftsman, Chef Greg's work is unrivaled. A Master Gardner, Certified Permaculture Designer, Owner of GAP Certified Micro Farms, Licensed Producer and Seller of responsibly grown, local, high nutrient density  leafy greens, herbs and micro-greens. Licensed producer of single origin, single batch cheeses. Trained in European seam butchery & charcuterie. Above all,  Chef Greg is always "happy" to prepare and serve. We know he looks forward to meeting you!
